Request a consultation online or call 919-307-8960. Our team will discuss whether an in-person or virtual consultation is appropriate and confirm scheduling details. An online request is not a confirmed appointment.
If you have not had a sleep evaluation, let us know. We can help coordinate referral to a medical sleep clinician for testing when appropriate.

A little preparation helps.
- Have your sleep study and relevant treatment information available, if you already have them.
- Bring a list of medications and your questions about symptoms, CPAP use, comfort, or costs.
- Bring your medical insurance card and identification to an in-person visit, if applicable.
- Complete the paperwork and intake steps sent by our team. Follow our instructions for sharing records, identification, or insurance-card images, including by email when requested by our team.
- Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for an in-person appointment.
At your visit.
Your experience matters.
We review your history, available sleep information, and goals. When an in-person clinical examination is needed, Dr. DeSaix assesses the teeth, bite, and jaw factors relevant to an oral appliance.
We explain possible next steps, follow-up, and costs before you decide. An appliance is selected around your clinical needs; a consultation does not commit you to treatment.
